Terms and Conditions

Before engaging with our custom design service, we ask clients to thoroughly review and acknowledge our terms and conditions. By proceeding with an order, you signify your agreement to these stipulations.

Proofing: When detailing your design, be meticulous with the wording to avoid errors. An emailed proof will be sent for your review. It's imperative to inspect the proof for potential changes or mistakes. Production will only begin after we receive your proof confirmation.

Errors: While we strive for perfection, mistakes can occur. Just Little Luxuries isn't liable for spelling or grammatical issues once the proof has been approved. Should you find an error on the final product that deviates from the approved design, we will assume the costs of reprinting and delivering the corrected item promptly. However, mistakes on the client's end will incur additional charges. Before reprinting, clients must settle the costs associated with redesigning, reprinting, and delivery. Such reprints will join our standard printing queue and won't receive priority.

Timeframes: Always account for sufficient time for design and printing before placing your order. Our timelines are estimations and can vary based on the season and current demand. Note that prolonged feedback sessions, delayed responses, or multiple design revisions might extend the delivery time.

Cancellations and Refunds: Given the personalized nature of our offerings, cancellations or refunds aren't feasible. We recommend trying one of our standard designs initially for a tangible sense of our work quality.

Payment Policy: All amounts are listed in Australian dollars, inclusive of GST. Reward points aren't applicable for custom designs. New policy: Payment for custom designs is required upfront, with 50% of the total being non-refundable in case you decide against proceeding with the design. Though the deposit is non-refundable, we remain committed to adjusting designs to meet your satisfaction. This deposit will be deducted from the final custom order price.

Copyright: We respect intellectual property rights and won't replicate designs from rival cookie cutter brands unless we secure a commercial license for that particular design or its foundational image. While we're competitors, we're also supporters of other small businesses in our domain.

Please note that all designs, whether custom or standard, crafted by Just Little Luxuries, remain our exclusive property, protected under copyright laws. Any unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited. Furthermore, we reserve the right to showcase your custom design on our digital platforms or promotional materials. Some generic custom designs may be featured for sale on our website.
