Embosser Style
This style will allow you to emboss (press in) the text into fondant or cookie dough. The detail on these is super fine - they are laser cut onto acrylic which means they leave a nice crisp finish. The embosser comes with a handle.
It's important to note that due to the manufacturing process, a rough surface will be left on the base of the embosser - as such, when using the embosser it is important not to let the base touch the fondant when stamping, to avoid any texture transfer.
Cutter & Debosser/Raised Outline
This style will leave a raised impression of the text on fondant, generally between 1.5mm to 2.5mm high - its important to note that some designs are quite fine an may only leave a subtle impression, around 0.5mm to 1mm high. Debossers are not recommended for cookie dough.
The raised design will sit on an 8cm x 8cm piece of acrylic, allowing you to use it on cookies up to 8cm
