Returns

At Just Little Luxuries, we strive for complete customer satisfaction. We understand that online shopping comes without the tactile experience of a traditional store, which is why we offer a straightforward return and exchange process in case you're not entirely happy with your purchase.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Items must be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt. Returns or exchanges may not be accepted beyond this time frame.
  • Products must be in their original condition: unopened, unused, unwashed, undamaged, and with all original packaging and tags attached.
  • To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us atย info@justlittleluxuries.com.auย with your name, order number, product name, and reason for return. We will guide you through the next steps.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the product is faulty, shipping costs will be refunded.
  • Non-returnable items: Products purchased during a sale are considered final and are not eligible unless they are faulty.

Unclaimed Parcels

If your items are returned to us by Australia Post as "unclaimed," a $10 administrative fee will be deducted from your product cost refund to cover the fees charged to us by Australia Post. Postage costs are not refundable.

Faulty Goods

If you receive a faulty product, please contact us within 14 days of purchase. We will provide a refund or exchange according to the Trade Practices Act requirements when an item is faulty, significantly different from the description, or not performing as described.

Refunds

Upon receiving your return, we'll inspect the item(s) and process your refund if the return is approved. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 days of receipt of the returned item(s).

Late or Missing Refunds

If you havenโ€™t received an expected refund, please check your bank account again and then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
