By purchasing our digital 3D print files, you agree to the following terms:

No Refunds: Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once the files have been downloaded.
Personal Use Only: These files are intended for personal use only. You may not resell, redistribute, or share these files in any format.
Printing Capability: The buyer is responsible for ensuring they have the necessary equipment, software, and skills to successfully print the files. We are not responsible for print quality or any issues arising from the printing process.
Intellectual Property: All designs are the intellectual property of Just Little Luxuries (JLL Cookie Cutter Co.). Unauthorized use or distribution of these files is prohibited.
File Integrity: We ensure that the files are tested and functional. However, we cannot be held responsible for any errors that occur during the downloading or printing process due to user error or third-party software/hardware issues.
Support: While we are happy to provide basic guidance, we do not offer extensive technical support for 3D printing. It is recommended that users have a basic understanding of 3D printing and troubleshooting.
Customization: Any customization of the files must be approved by us. Unauthorized modifications and subsequent redistribution of the altered files are prohibited.
Updates: We reserve the right to update and improve our files. Purchasers will have access to the updated files, but it is the responsibility of the buyer to download the latest version.
No Physical Sales: The physical prints made from these files cannot be sold or distributed. These prints are for personal use only.
Usage Limitation: These files should not be used for any commercial manufacturing, mass production, or large-scale distribution without explicit permission from Just Little Luxuries (JLL Cookie Cutter Co.).
Liability: Just Little Luxuries (JLL Cookie Cutter Co.) is not liable for any damage or injury caused by the use or misuse of our 3D print files. Users should exercise caution and follow safety guidelines when using 3D printers.
Compliance: The buyer is responsible for ensuring compliance with all local laws and regulations regarding 3D printing and the use of our files.
Confidentiality: Any non-public information about the design process or proprietary techniques shared with the buyer must be kept confidential and not disclosed to third parties.
