Available Styles:

Cutter & Embosser Style

This style will allow you to emboss (press in) the outline of the image into fondant or cookie dough. The majority of our cookie cutter and embosser sets are 3D printed and made from food safe PLA+ (an environmentally safe and renewable plastic). Where more detail is required, we may choose to laser cut the embosser from acrylic which will allow for finer detail.

Cutter & Debosser/Raised Outline

This style will leave a raised impression of the image outline on fondant, generally between 1.5mm to 2.5mm high - its important to note that some designs are quite fine an may only leave a subtle impression, around 0.5mm to 1mm high. Debossers are not recommended for cookie dough. The Cookie cutter component is made using PLA+. The debossing tool is made from 3mm or 4.5mm cast acrylic. The acrylic height will be based on our discretion and available materials.

Cutter & Colour Stamp

This style is similar to the embosser, however it is made from acrylic and is designed to hold up to consistent use. Like the raised outline style, the cookie cutter component is made using PLA+ and the debosser tool is cut from cast acrylic.

Cutter only

Perfect if you are a royal icing aficionado and have no need for an embosser or debosser! If you select the cutter only option you will receive a 3D printed outline cutter only.

Cookie Cutters and Embossers:

• ONLY hand wash cookie cutters and embossers with soap and warm water.
• Scrub with a small brush as required.
• Do not soak in water for long periods.
• Cookie cutters are not dishwasher safe.
• Store in a cool dry place with nothing heavier than other light cookie cutters on top.
• Cookie cutters made with 3D printed plastic have a low melting point and should be kept away from heat sources, such as direct sunlight, hot foods, stove tops, inside ovens, on hot pans, etc.
• Contact with heat and/or pressure may cause cutters to warp or melt.

Stencils:

• Stencils are washable and reusable.
• Gently wash in warm soapy water and lay flat to dry.
• Do not put in dishwasher.

Moulds:

• Gently wash with warm soapy water.
• Our silicone moulds are BPA-free, and non-toxic.
• Moulds can withstand temperatures from -40°C to 230°C.
• Our silicone moulds are soft, flexible and non-stick.

   Express shipping takes approximately 2 to 4 business days.
   
   Standard shipping takes approximately 8+ business days.

3. JLL Cookie Cutter Co. offers local pick up from our Merriwa 6030, WA workshop. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for collection and an email with contact free pick up instructions. Please keep an eye on your emails (including your junk mail/spam folders). 
   
   
4. JLL Cookie Cutter Co. ships internationally to most countries using Australia Post. Delivery times vary greatly depending on the country. Please allow up to 30 business days from your payment clearing. Overseas postage is calculated on checkout.
   
   
5. We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unopened, unused and in its original condition, we will refund the full order amount minus shipping costs. We are unable to accept returns for customised designs. 
   
   
6. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@justlittleluxuries.com.au with your order number and photos of the items condition. We address these on a case by case basis but will try our best to find a satisfactory solution.
