Cookie Cutters and Embossers:
- ONLY hand wash cookie cutters and embossers with soap and warm water.
- Scrub with a small brush as required.
- Do not soak in water for long periods.
- Cookie cutters are not dishwasher safe.
- Store in a cool dry place with nothing heavier than other light cookie cutters on top.
- Cookie cutters made with 3D printed plastic have a low melting point and should be kept away from heat sources, such as direct sunlight, hot foods, stove tops, inside ovens, on hot pans, etc.
- Contact with heat and/or pressure may cause cutters to warp or melt.
Stencils:
- Stencils are washable and reusable.
- Gently wash in warm soapy water and lay flat to dry.
- Do not put in dishwasher.
Moulds:
- Gently wash with warm soapy water.
- Our silicone moulds are BPA-free, and non-toxic.
- Moulds can withstand temperatures from -40°C to 230°C.
- Our silicone moulds are soft, flexible and non-stick.

Made-to-Order Items: Please be aware that the majority of items are made to order. Our standard processing time is 3 to 5 business days. However, during busy periods, it may be extended. If you have an urgent order, please contact us beforehand to ensure timely delivery.
Shipping within Australia
Standard Shipping: We offer nationwide shipping using Australia Post Standard service. The estimated delivery time is approximately 8+ business days, excluding our processing time. Once your item is dispatched, we will provide you with a tracking number for your convenience. Please keep tabs on your email - including your junk mail/spam folders.
Express Shipping Option
Need It Faster?: For quicker delivery, we offer Express Post via Australia Post. This service aims for a delivery time of 2 - 4 business days, not including our processing time. The cost for Express Post is calculated based on your address and the weight of the package, in line with Australia Post's current rates. A tracking number will be provided once your item is on its way.
Rush Orders: If your order is particularly time-sensitive, please contact us to discuss a rush order. Additional fees will apply.
International Shipping
Global Delivery: We proudly ship to many international destinations via Australia Post. Delivery times can vary significantly, and shipping may take 30+ days from the payment clearance and after your order has been processed.
Postage Calculation: International postage costs are calculated at checkout. You can use our postage calculator after adding items to your cart to estimate your shipping cost.
