Cookie Cutters and Embossers:

• ONLY hand wash cookie cutters and embossers with soap and warm water.
• Scrub with a small brush as required.
• Do not soak in water for long periods.
• Cookie cutters are not dishwasher safe.
• Store in a cool dry place with nothing heavier than other light cookie cutters on top.
• Cookie cutters made with 3D printed plastic have a low melting point and should be kept away from heat sources, such as direct sunlight, hot foods, stove tops, inside ovens, on hot pans, etc.
• Contact with heat and/or pressure may cause cutters to warp or melt.

Stencils:

• Stencils are washable and reusable.
• Gently wash in warm soapy water and lay flat to dry.
• Do not put in dishwasher.

Moulds:

• Gently wash with warm soapy water.
• Our silicone moulds are BPA-free, and non-toxic.
• Moulds can withstand temperatures from -40°C to 230°C.
• Our silicone moulds are soft, flexible and non-stick.

2. JLL Cookie Cutter Co. ships with Australia Post. All orders are sent with tracked shipping.
   
   Express shipping takes approximately 2 to 4 business days.
   
   Standard shipping takes approximately 8+ business days.
   
   Domestic orders over $150 receive free express shipping
   
   
3. JLL Cookie Cutter Co. offers local pick up from our Merriwa 6030, WA workshop. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for collection and an email with contact free pick up instructions. Please keep an eye on your emails (including your junk mail/spam folders). 
   
   
4. JLL Cookie Cutter Co. ships internationally to most countries using Australia Post. Delivery times vary greatly depending on the country. Please allow up to 30 business days from your payment clearing. Overseas postage is calculated on checkout.
   
   
5. We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unopened, unused and in its original condition, we will refund the full order amount minus shipping costs. We are unable to accept returns for customised designs. 
   
   
6. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@justlittleluxuries.com.au with your order number and photos of the items condition. We address these on a case by case basis but will try our best to find a satisfactory solution.
